We have certified Ropes Challenge instructors that teach High and Low Challenge Courses. Teams are led through a series of activity stations: each takes 30-45 minutes including a provocative discussion about how to maximize individual involvement, plan effectively, and which leadership and participation roles work best.
Courses can be customized to fit your group's needs, whether you're looking for a light-hearted team building program or a meaningful team development experience. We can provide a 4 or 8 hour Low Challenge Course at your Site. You will experience problems involving real and imaginary ground-based obstacles (either natural or constructed) that challenge your group to pool their resources and work together to find solutions. Success is achieved only when all members have contributed to the outcome. Risk is managed by group members who assume critical spotting roles. Low Ropes Courses meet a number of educational and recreational goals.
We also have a High Ropes Challenge Course (in the Tri-Cities, WA) that students can participate in. It's a climbing program generally focusing on team building and asking teams to confront their fears and anxieties.
